Ingredients:
2 egg whites
200g powdered sugar
250g ground almonds/hazelnuts
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 scoops of pure matcha
Preparation:
1. Put the egg whites in a large bowl and beat.
2. Remove 1/4 of the beaten egg whites into a smaller bowl. Put aside.
3. Add the powdered sugar, ground almonds/hazelnuts, vanilla and cinnamon to the large bowl. Stir until a dough forms.
4. Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Put the powdered sugar in the small bowl, sift in the matcha and mix.
6. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out to about a centimeter thick.
7. Cut out stars until all the dough is used up.
8. Put the matcha glaze on each cinnamon star and spread it evenly.
9. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160 for 15-20 minutes Bake at °C .
10. Place on a wire rack to cool.
