Cinnamon Matcha French Toast

- 4–6 thick slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 120 ml milk
- 15 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp Cinnamon Matcha
- 50 ml water

1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.

2. Shake matcha with water in a shaker and add to the mixture. Stir everything well.

3. Heat a pan with a tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

4. Dip bread slices on both sides in the mixture and fry for at least 3 minutes per side.

5. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
