How do I start a subscription?

1. Select subscription option

Click the subscription option on the product page and select your desired delivery interval (e.g. every 4 weeks).

2. Pay with credit card or Paypal

You can only take out a subscription with a credit card or Paypal.

3. We will automatically send you matcha

You can relax and we will automatically send you your matcha at the interval you choose.

You can adjust your subscription at any time (e.g. skip a delivery while on vacation).

Am I bound to a contract?

No, we don't believe that. You can adjust, move or cancel your subscription at any time.

How can I pay for my subscription?

Subscriptions can only be paid/taken out with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

For example, if you want to pay with TWINT or by invoice, it must be a "normal/one-off" order (so please do not select the subscription option).

Do I get a reminder before each shipment?

Yes! You will receive an email reminder three days before each order to give you enough time to make changes if necessary.

Can I skip my delivery if I'm on vacation?

Yes, of couse! You can do all of this in the subscription portal .

What delivery intervals are there?

- Every 4 weeks
