🎄 Matcha Milanese

For approx. 16 Milanese

2 egg yolks
60g sugar
115g butter
Lemon zest

160g baking flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
8g pure matcha (4 measuring spoons)
1 egg for brushing

1. Mix butter and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
2. Add egg yolks, vanilla and lemon zest and mix well.
3. Sift in flour and matcha.
4. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
5. Set the oven to 160 Preheat °C .
6. Roll out the dough evenly and cut into the desired shapes.
7. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
8. Brush the Milanese with the remaining egg
9. Bake for 25 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.
