Matcha Lava Cake

Matcha lava cake

Ingredients:
50g white chocolate
40g butter
30g sugar
25g baking flour
3-4 scoops of pure matcha (6-8g)
Pinch of salt
1 egg

Preparation:
1. Melt the butter and white chocolate.

2. Then mix in a large bowl with sugar, egg, and flour.

3. Add the matcha through a sieve.

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 200°C.
