Ingredients:
50g white chocolate
40g butter
30g sugar
25g baking flour
3-4 scoops of pure matcha
pinch of salt
1 egg
Preparation:
1. Melt butter and white chocolate.
2. Then mix in a large bowl with sugar, egg and flour.
3. Add matcha through a sieve.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 200°C.
