Ice cream ingredients:
600ml whipped cream
300ml condensed milk
1-2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste, powder or extract
3-5 scoops of pure matcha
Ingredients Matcha Syrup:
100g white chocolate
2-3 scoops of matcha
2 teaspoons coconut oil (for the shiny surface)
Preparation:
1. Beat the whipped cream and vanilla until stiff and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Add condensed milk, vanilla and sifted matcha powder to a bowl and stir until smooth.
3. Take the whipped cream out of the fridge and mix all the ingredients together.
4. Pour into a freezer-safe dish and let it solidify overnight.
5. Prepare the matcha sauce by melting white chocolate and coconut oil together.
6. Sift in the matcha powder and stir until smooth.
7. Pour the syrup directly into the mold over the ice cream and stir or pour the ice cream into a bowl and pour the sauce over it.
