Ingredients:
4-6 slices of bread
2 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2-3 scoops of pure matcha
1 tsp cinnamon
15g sugar
50ml water
120ml milk
Preparation:
1. Mix matcha with 50ml water.
2. Add sugar, cinnamon and milk.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add vanilla.
4. Mix all mixtures in a shallow bowl.
5. Dip both sides of the bread into the mixture.
6. Place in a hot pan with butter and fry over medium heat (approx. 3 minutes per side)
7. Serve with side dishes of your choice.
