Matcha Chia Pudding with Strawberry Puree
Ingredients:
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp Pure Matcha
160 ml milk
2 tsp honey
Greek yogurt
Strawberry puree
Preparation:
1. Put chia seeds and matcha into a glass.
2. Add milk and honey and stir well.
3. Cover the glass and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. This gives the mixture a pudding-like consistency.
4. Then fill half of the chia pudding into a glass.
5. Add some Greek yogurt and strawberry puree on top.
6. Then layer the rest of the chia pudding, more yogurt, and again strawberry puree on top.
