Matcha tea
Matcha is a type of green tea made from young tea leaves that are powdered. The green tea is shaded before harvesting, which encourages the plant to produce more nutrients.
The preparation is also different: with normal green tea, leaves are poured over with water and then removed. With matcha, you drink the whole (powdered) tea leaf.
