What is ceremony quality?
The "ceremony quality" is the highest grade available for Matcha. It is made from the youngest, greenest green tea leaves and produces a fine, bright green powder that tastes creamy and slightly sweet.

Lower grades such as "Premium" or "Culinary" on the other hand are made from older leaves, have a darker/yellowish color, taste bitter (sometimes fishy) and have an unpleasant aftertaste.
