Matcha Pancakes with Strawberry Puree
Ingredients:
160 g flour
2 tsp Pure Matcha
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
25 g sugar or 2 tbsp maple/agave syrup
250 ml milk
2 tbsp oil
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
1. Sift flour, matcha, and baking powder into a bowl and mix.

Preparation:

2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, sugar, milk, oil, and a pinch of salt well.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir everything into a smooth batter.
4. Heat a pan over medium to low heat with some oil or butter and add a portion of batter.
5. Cook one side until bubbles form, then flip.
