200ml milk
3-4 scoops of matcha
80g oat flakes
1 tbsp honey

Preparation:
1. Mix matcha, milk and honey in a shaker and store in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Grate one half of the apple and cut the other half into small cubes.
3. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
