Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yields: 6 cookies of about 90 g each

Ingredients:
160 g all-purpose flour
10 g / 5 tsp Pure Matcha
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
113 g unsalted butter
40 g brown sugar 30 g granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 g white chocolate chips

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Sift the all-purpose flour, cake flour, matcha, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl.

3. In a second bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugars.

4. Then stir in the egg and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.

5. Add the dry ingredients and fold in just until combined. Then fold in the white chocolate chips.

6. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape into balls. Place on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.

BONUS: Dip the cookies in a matcha latte. 😉
